This study addresses interdisciplinary relationships and playfulness in the teaching-learning process of the Mathematics curricular component. The work seeks to investigate how playful activities and the interdisciplinarity can contribute to the teaching-learning process of Mathematics so that students can build mathematical concepts and develop themselves based on relationships with the environment and with the people around them. The research is of a qualitative nature and for the production of data we used bibliographic review and document analysis. As for the reason for carrying out this study, we emphasize the confidence that we, as research professors, place in education as an instrument of human development and social transformation and what motivates us to try to grow as professionals, seeking to expand our knowledge, as well as our pedagogical work.
