Suicide among young blacks based on Durkheim’s thought perspective
Keywords:

Durkheim's social theory about suicide helps us to see the problematic issues of society and from them we can take consequences for the African-Brazilian populations. In an analysis of the IBGE survey published in 2011 on the subject mentioned in the theory of the author cited, it is possible to see a crossover that promotes the idea that young black men commit suicide more than young whites because of their social anomie. Our goal in this article is to compare this situation with the social history of African-Brazilian populations and discriminatory stereotypes forged by society. And to see how these graphics show together for the rise of such cause death among young blacks.
