Although religious diversity is something widely present in contemporary times, it is clear that the coexistence between religions is not always marked by respect, dialogue, solidarity and as an opportunity for sharing, exchanging experience around the relationship with the sacred. The media frequently convey the practice of acts of intolerance and racism, especially against religions of African origin, often labeled as works of the devil. From there, the urgency of understanding and facing racist, proselytizing and fundamentalist feelings and practices is justified in order to establish an approach based on dialogue and recognition of the fact that there are many ways to reread the relevance of the sacred and the relationship between people settle down with him. Therefore, considering that religions during their journey from time to time find some crossroads, that is, they see themselves facing the inevitability of approximation, contact, this article proposes to present and debate the crossroads as a place of convergence and, therefore, an opportunity for interreligious dialogue.
