The paper details the bases that guided the development of the creative process of making the visual narrative "Nossas Encruzilhadas". It explains the elements of the narrative and how the characters' speeches and descriptive texts present Darcy Ribeiro's notion of “Ninguendade”, Simone de Beauvoir's conception of gender construction, Judith Butler's corporeality, and the racial issues arising from the work by Anthony Giddens. It describes how the choices about visual and chromatic effects and the techniques of digital production and manipulation were made.
