DAILY CROSSROADS OF BLACK WOMEN

In this text I bring reflections on how I have thought about the authorship of black women. I present the experience of the Encontro de Autorias Reading Group[1], which stimulates approaches to the literature of black thinkers, based on debates on the book “Spring for the Black Roses”, by Lélia Gonzalez, involving undergraduate and graduate students from State University of Bahia (UNEB), State University of Feira de Santana, Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). I share the paths lived by this experience, which enabled access to the academic production of the philosopher, anthropologist, teacher, and activist of the black movement. The identification process generated in the Reading Group participants, from the texts of Lélia Gonzalez, motivated the realization of the "Literary Creation Workshop: Letters to Lélia Gonzalez", with the aim of stimulating the production of letters by the students, which resulted in the proposal to write the E-book: “Letters to Lélia Gonzalez”.
